Dissatisfied customer

Today was really disappointed with the service from takealot, I was on the line for almost 2hours before I could speak to an agent, only to explain my query, and was put on hold for another 15 minutes which the call cut, up to know I don't know if my query is sorted out or not. I'm still waiting for my order for almost 2 weeks now and payment was already done.
