Dissatisfied and disappointing service

Hi my name is Chantal I have been using take alot for a while,I have had problems with them but I kept my cool, but this time I'm really disappointed, unsatisfied, and really upset with the service, I did and exchange on 1 of my product that I purchased as it was a used product that was sent to me, I was told to send the product back, which I did, from last week they have been bring back my exchange and when we go to receive it they take it back saying I'm must give them the exchange to receive my product, I have been in contact with take a lot from last week and they keep saying they are sorry and they see on the system that they did receive my exchange, Im frustrated that I got to use my airtime to call them, then they say they escalating the problem, and the managers that work for take alot don't see when products are being sent and captured on the system, I have already paid for the product but Im still having a problem receiving something that is paid for, what do people like us that support businesses like this got to do to receive what we paid for. I honestly won't recommend them to anyone.
