Dissatisfied and disappointed 😢

I purchased a walking jogging pad from takealot on the 20th of Jan which was meant to be delivered on the 23rd according to the app, next thing I know I’m being told it was re-routed as it was delivered to the wrong courier facility ??? Till today I haven’t received any update or delivery?!
