Dissatisfied and disappointed customer

I purchased a replacement cradle charger for my dad when he received it on Friday the 10th he immediately notified me that the charger went compatible for his watch. I immediately logged a return on the 11th. Then I check my return on see that my return was declined. I made contact with the help centre and I was told that it was declined because I said I don’t want the product which is not true. I said the product doesn’t meet my expectations. My return number is MRRN-ZM6JE-ZKYM. Now I’m being told that the product will be returned to me, what am I supposed to do with a product that I can’t use.
