Dissatisfied

I've been waiting on my delivery since the 5 of June. And it was nt delivered. On the app it shows the order was delivered bt I didn't receive it. And it doesn't show who signed for it. I've sent emails to enquiry abt the issue. There is no response since. I've never experienced such disappointments with this company before.
