Dissatisfied

I just order a product it stated that delivery will be on the 3rd now it shows the 6th of December, which I need this product for the 4th,i then requested to cancel order 3times woth No luck it's a disgrace that you can't have option to cancel if maybe you made a mistake and it's re apathetic to order product that's based in jhb but you'll get it two weeks later nxa. DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR APP IT'S USELESS
