Dissatisfied

I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the service from this company. I have ordered 4 items and have not received even one item from them and yet on their website it shows that I have singed for these items. Their contact number doesn’t work and I have been sending emails and the only response I get is to rate their service. My R2000 has disappeared without a trace simply because they do not use ant form of identification when delivering products. I have never had this problem before and I just feel like the festive season just allows people to get drunk and offer such terrible service I have panics paid for these items on the 20th and still waiting.
