Dissatisfied

Hi 2 weeks ago I wrote a review about takealot and the service I received from them, I returned my gas stove and gas tank and they couldn't locate it for the last 3 weeks and then automatically they found it and returned to me in the same condition, nothing was done in it, now I'm sitting with a product that I can't even use. They forget that we the customers are the reason takealot exist, I've been in contact with them but no joy out of it. I wish I could speak to a manager or someone who knows what is going on, every person that I spoke to said they can't locate my product or they escalating the matter, I've spoken to sombello, kamva and asyeha but nothing happened. We the customers have rights and they forget that if we happy we will speak about the service, people are soon going to use places like amazon and stuff, so treat us properly. Very disappointed.
