Dissatisfaction and disappointing

Bought a gas Alva heater and had to return it twice. 1st fid not Ignite my house was reeking of gas. 2nd the adaptor did not fit into the gas and gas started leaking. I'm so disappointed winter is coming to an end and I didn't have a heater
