Dissatisfaction

Takealot promised to deliver my parcel today, only to receive a call from the driver complaining about my location as a result my parcel didn't reach me. They even said they couldn't find me as the reason why the order was not delivered, which is not true. This is extremely poor service because I mentioned the delivery address.
