Dissatifised "lost" customer.

Good day, I saw an advert on takealot.com. Whilst placing the order, a notice came up stating out of stock. I have made in excess of 20 calls, some employers have gone so far as disconnecting the call whilst I was explaining. No one wants to pass my call on to anyone with seniority Neither do they want to supply the product to me. What a disgrace that we allow a company like that to operate here in South Africa..
