Dissappointed!!!

I have ever had to complain about TakeAlot.com before as the service Ive always received has been relatively good....But not this time.

I ordered and paid for items on the 23rd of September. These were supposed to be deluvered on 6th October. Only to receive an email today about "parcel lost in transit" and expected delivery only on the 19th October???

That is an entire month!!!! I am very dissappointed and upset by this. Surely at this stage TakeAlot should start calling themselves WISH because there is no difference. YOU ARE DROPPING THE BALL!!

I needed these items urgently!!!!!
