DISSAPOINTING SERVICE ON RETURNS

I am very dissapointed with the service i am receiving with a return. Return were collected from me last Tuesday...and i paid CASH when i received it the previous day. It was a watch but looks like someone actually used it previously and it came in a little brown carton box...for the price i paid i would have atleast expect a box in a proper watch box. And now that i want my money back as its a Christmas gift, takealot becomes useless. They said to me 3 days....we are on one week exactly. I will NEVER support them again.
