Dissapointing service

The past week I had 3 bad experiences with Takealot.com. First a duplicate payment went off my credit card. The matter was resolved and I got credited. I made another order and paid for it. Then I received a message to state that supplier was out of stock. I got credited for item. Then I placed another order for 3 items with all my credit. The order was delivered with the most valuable and most expensive item missing. Its a gift that supposed to be handed over tonight. This leaves me in embarrassment as Takealot cant confirm that missing item will be replaced in time. Last time ever that I order from them, but then again, I do have more credit available.
