Dissapointing repair services!!!!

My tv is broken and i ask them to fix it. I am strugling since beginning of june. They say they cannot fix it because it does not have the feet thst i bought it with 4 years ago... but what does feet have to do to just repair the tv as it has a 5 year guarantee. I have phoned many times but i have not yet received any feedback. Will never buy from them again. I just want my tv repaired i do not want a new one. They do not understand that!
