Dissapointed with the return department

I have an item that i returned due to defect. I returned the item and forgot to include the charger. Takealot sent an email notifying me that i forgot the charger and that they will arrange a corrirr for collection.The corrier company keeps on scheduling the appointment to collect the item and cancel at the last minute . The agents to keep on telling me that they rescheduled the appointment the whole thing delays the return process.
