Dissapointed Takealot customer

I am disappointed, I have been ordering items online without any problems. Recently i ordered 2 bags with takealot which was 1 over night bag and travel bag. Upon delivery only 1 overnight bag was received and the order was marked as fully delivered by the online shop. I sent them emails and made several phone calls but I have been taken pillar to post. I am deeply disappointed with this online shop. It has been 15 days now since they promised to resolve this but nothing this far.
