Dissapointed regular customer
I started using this website last year and I have bought a lot of products from them but I'm so disappointed in them. When I place an order they are so quick to respond but last week I returned one product and no one is hearing back to me regarding my refund. I wasn't happy with the product and I logged the return soon after I received it and it was collected after one day . This shows me all their after is my money but when it's time for them to return money it becomes an issue. This service is pathetic...
