Dissapointed in takealot

I bought a TV from takealot earlier this year. The TV is still under supplier warranty. The TV was collected on 2 November from our premises. I still have no feedback if the TV will be repaired or replaced. For 3 days now I jave mailed daily for feedback with no reply from takealot.

If I had known today what I know now, I would not buy a TV from them as after sales service leaves much to be desired when something does go wrong.
