DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER

I purchased a baby Chair sofa and paid for delivery obviously then I received a wrong order/Item, ok I Filed for return, and they came to collect it as promised. later on, I receive a mail saying the product I want is out of order my money will be refunded back into my Takealot account without me being asked if I want a refund or something else or something similar to what I ordered then I received the refund without the delivery fee.

I want to order another baby chair sofa and now I have to pay for delivery AGAIN, it's not my fault they delivered a wrong item.

PLEASE SORT IT OUT AS I CANNOT PAY ANOTHER DELIVERY.
