Dissapointed

So disappointed. I ordered a Mini UPS 12000maAh, when I got my delivery it was a 8800mAh. I then send it back to takealot to get the right one. It was collected and today I got my parcel back that show 12000mAh, when I open the box it was a 8800mAh. This is very unfair. I mean no explanation to say they don't have stock anymore or anything. I never has such a back experience in my life.
