Disrespectful courier guy

Today I got a call from a courier guy who was supposed to deliver my package from Take a lot at my place at my door at Wittebergen Clinic Zava village Herschel 9756, he told me that he was in town at Sterkspruit 9756 at the Sterkspruit Plaza and asked me to come and fetch my package because he has a lot of medications to deliver to the doctors so he can't come to me, he told to get someone to get my order for me and told me that he won't be able to deliver it even tomorrow because he has a lot of deliveries he has to make for medications and told me that there were others whom he told to come and collect their parcels at Sterkspruit Plaza, I tried to make means for him to give my parcel to a taxi that was coming to my village but he demanded that the taxi should go get the parcel to at the Sterkspruit Plaza so I ended up not getting my package and I don't know when will I get it.. The number he was calling me from is ***
