Takealot delivers my order with one item missing, so they refuse to let me keep the items and must take back the whole order!? They then give varying stories about policies between branches and promise to redeliver the order the same day, which needless to say doesn’t happen. And by the way, your customers don’t care about your internal policies.

It’s a sad indictment when you can order products efficiently from China, but you can’t rely on a company to deliver something properly within Cape Town.
