Dismal unprofessional service - Takealot.com

I purchased a 2nd hand PC through Takealot.com and experienced some problems with it. When I returned the product, I was sent an e-mail from a Vuyo M at Takealot informing me that they will not able to complete the return, because of damage to the PC. I bought the PC in that condition as it was listed as second hand with some dents and stuff. I feel that I have been taken for a ride. On top of that when I received the PC back from them, it was faulty. I had it checked and it was found that the RAM chip was missing. I contacted them again and nobody responded.
