Dismal delivery

I am extremely dissappointed with Takealot. I have been waiting for my delivery for the past few days. Each day I am emailed that the delivery person attempted to deliver my package, however nobody was home. To receive the package. This is a complete falsehood, I have been home this whole week waiting for my package. Not once have I received a call from a delivery person indicating thay he/she is outside. I completely puzzled by this.
