dismal customer service !!!!

I am writing this review as a once loyal customer of Takealot.com who has spent a significant amount of money on their platform over the years. Recently, I was sent a discount code which did not work. I reported this issue to their customer service team numerous times, only to be repeatedly told that it was being escalated and that a supervisor would get back to me within 1-2 hours.

It has now been 5 days, and despite all my messages and efforts to get this rectified and complete a large purchase, I have not heard a word from anyone. I have never experienced such dismal service from any company. This makes me seriously question if Takealot.com will be around much longer, especially given their terrible customer service and increasingly outrageous prices.

I doubt I will ever use their service again. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating and disappointing. Takealot.com needs to seriously reconsider how they treat their customers if they want to maintain any level of loyalty
