Dismal Courier Service

My parcel was to be delivered to my work address between 2 and 5 pm today. The parcel was delivered at 2.30pm at my workplace, however, I was not informed of this by the courier. Numerous calls to the Mr Delivery call centre later, I still had no luck with the agents telling me that it was still in transit. Eventually at 4.30 pm when I called in, I was told the parcel was sent back. After expressing my dismay, the agent called the supplier and it was found that the parcel was in fact delivered. Just poor, pathetic service from the Mr Delivery call centre.
