Dishonourable

Definitely not as honourable as the formal retail industry when it comes to returns and repairs.

Having been let down after purchasing a router which had to be returned and was returned to me having not been repaired and yet still not functional .... going to opet for the formal retail markets instead.

No more online shopping for me - fool me once shame on you - you dont get a second chance.

That the formal retails sector has been affected so negatively by online shopping that is not dependable is a travesty!
