Dishonesty organization

My sister in law had bought a controller for my sons birthday. He has opened it to only find one of the controllers not working. When we returned it they had said that there is no longer stock of rhe product. Cause it was her first time they had given her 250 discount. In this when they said that they gna refund us they refunded us 100 only which is not even half of what the controller costed. When contacted they kept referring to the return policy which was not explained wen we had returned the item in store. Im surprised by the service rendered by takealot and will never u buy anything from them in future. The fact that they saying there is no stock but is still advertising shows their dishonesty. And the return was wid their faultt product that they decided to sell and now my 8 year old has to face this disappointment.
