Dishonesty

I logged in a return 2 weeks back for a chest of drawers and they came in last week to collect the item and when they took it here it was still the same I waited for their response after two days i recieved an email They declined the return saying I didn’t return the item as I should’ve,they sent me a picture of 2 missing drawers they said that the product is damaged thing is when they collected that chest of drawers there were no missing parts and i took pictures before the driver left with the item, so they returned it to me today and still there are no drawers they are nowhere to be find I really trusted them it's okay that they have returned it back to me but what do I do with a chest of drawers that have no drawers I want my money back I need my money that is a lot to lose all they have to do was to return that chest of drawers perfectly working I need a refund where do I begin to use something that have no drawers this is an insult they have been careless I'm literally not happy
