Dishonesty and Inconvenience

The story is always the same, you get given a delivery date and on that date you get a notification saying delivery has been rescheduled because the recipient was not availible but the delivery driver never came to you and you can proove it, then on the rescheduled date the same happens and Takealot has no working customer care service or working hotline. Soon your order is two weeks late and you even forgot about it. This will be my last order. Too much headache for inconvenience.
