Dishonesty and bad customer service

Takealot and courier company fast and furious they have bad customer service. Since I've ordered washing machine is not delivered. When I call takealot they always escalating to another department and even provided me with no existing numbers of fast and furious numbers to track my order. I asked to speak with takealot manager but I was holding line for a very long time with no answer using my own airtime. Takealot after you purchase from them they don't care whether your order is delivered or not, it becomes your own responsibility.. they will keep on blaming courier company and say they can't get hold of them. How do you conduct a business with someone you cannot contact. I've never experienced such a bad customer service, im actually deactivating my takealot account after I get my refund.
