Dishonest Takealot Advert

At around the date 31 October 2019, I placed an order on takealot.com. It was for a Hisense F24 Smartphone. I received the phone a few days later and after looking at the specs and features on the smartphone, I realized that the specs of the phone did not match the specs that takealot.com advertised. They stated the phone had 4GB Ram and a 1080p screen resolution but it was totally wrong. We sent them a few E Mails but they did not respond to it. So i decided that hellopeter would be my best option. Truly disappointed with my experience with takealot.com. My order number is ***4
