Dishonest Takealot

Purchased some items a while back, accidentally left a dummy camera in my cart, as they were delivered I immediately filed a return, unopened as it was unwanted. Dishonest takealot team opens item and says return declined because it's scratched??? So, either they are just plain dishonest, or takealot is selling damaged items disguised as new to clients. Either way dishonest. Will be filing with NCC, blatant disgusting dishonesty.
