Dishonest staff and poor service - Return rejected incorrectly

Disgusting service. Bought a battery enabled tyre pump called CarSun. Battery never retained charge. Returned the unit to the Fourways Depot ref MRRN-HJYG8-7BYJ. The receiver checked the contents - they are now rejecting my swap out request due to missing accessories. Yet the picture shared via email clearly shows one of the accessories in view. Any excuse not to accept out of box failure product.
