Dishonest staff

I returned a faulty Karcher powerwasher, and somewhere in transit or in your warehouse the plug got damaged. Then you sent me a pic of the broken plug and asked me how it broke. HOW WOULD I KNOW! The plug was intact when it was collected… that’s how I know the machine was faulty. Status shows “concluded”, yet you still have my machine and correspondance has stopped.
