Dishonest Return Policy or Employee

Not sure who to speak to about this, since I'm only being met with rude responses from TakeAlot so far.

I returned an item (MRRN-BZVQA-6J68) earlier this week ~ Received no email from TakeAlot regarding the missing components ~ So I went back to the pickup-point, who refused to help me or call TakeAlot to raise my enquiry.

A few days went by and I eventually went to Facebook ~ who, again ~ just informed me that I'm seeing things and definitely received an email (I definitely did not).

I was then sent a screenshot by the supposed person who emailed me (Zakiyahh - Who seems unable to send people emails to their correct email addresses), informing me that I have two missing components on the return. (1) VGA Cable; (2) Software CD.

I eventually found the VGA Cable ~ I missed it since it was still plugged in to my computer. I DEFINITELY did not receive a Software CD with the original monitor ~ And would not have found use for it either, seeing as I don't have an optical drive.

TakeAlot is refusing to accept my return for the above and demanding I produce a "Software CD", which I didn't even receive in the first place!

Really unhappy about this - And no one on TakeAlot willing to assist.
