Dishonest policies/ dont want to refund me

I am very disappointed. I want to report to consumer ombudsman. They made me pay for an order, I even paid extra for same day delivery. Then only after payment, they tell me it is not in stock and will be delivered on the 7th of April. If this was discussed with me prior, I wouldnt have placed the order. They dont even wanna refund me/cancel the order.

NB; They took my same day delivery money for 2 weeks delivery. ****mers, shein does not do that!!!!!
