Dishonest packaging

I purchased a Genie waist trimmer in June 2020. Although i bought it in June i only opened the box in October 2020 and that might be the reason why they don't want to take it back or exchange it. Upon opening the box i saw that the box states a size L/LX but when i removed the item from the packaging j saw its a S/M.

I asked takealot to exchange it for me explaining thT i onle saw this now upon opening and they regreted my request.

I find it very disappointing cisidering the fact thats its their fault. You think you can trust a well known company the world orders from to do their work properly. How can you mark a box L/Xl only to find a small waist trimmer thats a S/M.

I find it that their dishonest and cant be trusted.
