Dishonest /Do not honour warranty

Bought a braai stand and used it 4 times. During this time the welding on some parts of the grid came loose after normal use. I returned to Takealot and after ''assessment'' in warehouse they claimed ''abuse and neglect'' with the the item to be returned to customer. I queried what the claimed abuse/ neglect was.....no reply was given other than with message given ''that the item was assessed in warehouse and was to be returned to buyer''
