DISHONEST, DISGRACEFUL AND COMPLETELY DISORGANISED

I wouldn't even rate this a star, but i am so furious i have taken to Hello Peter.

I am at a loss for words. I have no energy to fight with Takealot every single day anymore.

It has now been almost three weeks since I have had an issue with you guys that is excluding the date I was suppose to receive my package that was delivered to the wrong address and then broken somewhere along the line - and take a lot was not prepared to replace it I would have to re order and pay separate delivery. I have screenshots and recording of the date being told latest 4th after it was meant to be the 27th of December and its now the 11th. I call in an a consultant tells me my package is on route and each time being falsely informed. Do any of you know what is going on? THE PACKAGE WAS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS TWICE!!!!

The audacity to have an email stipulating the package was sent to the wrong address twice and then you couldn’t re order because you didn’t have stock so I would have to re order once they do have and still pay for that delivery.

I have not received any calls, just a bunch of useless false emails saying the same automated message. I have been very calm and very nice but calling in to check if you doing your job is not sitting well with me anymore. Each time i speak to a consult im being told the same lie that it is on its way to me when in fact no one knows where it is. They are happy to take your money but do not care to maintain the service.

I have no words for take a lot and will certainly being taken this further.

The lack of decency to contact me and give me proper and not false information is beyond me. I want a refund immediately. I will not wait another day. The inconvenience this has caused, the time I have wasted and the frustration I have is actually humiliating.

I am disgusted to say the least and will not deal with Take A lot again, nor recommend it to anymore.
