Dishonest Delivery Driver

I give your delivery person access into the estate. He tells me that he will come directly to me. 60 minutes later he phones and tells me that he will be there soon. A minute later I receive a sms that delivery cannot take place as recipient is not home. I was home at all times and the delivery person knew this.
