Dishonest Delivery

Delayed deliveries are a common occurrence and I usually let them go with an understanding that sometimes things just happen beyond peoples control. However today I had the wonderful experience of being informed that no one was available to collect my package at the residence despite being there myself the entire day and having 24 hours security guards available to collect packages. As far as I can tell the Mr Delivery tools decided to mark my package as undelivered to knock off for an early new year. Leaving me to complain. The only response I get details about 3 apologies per paragraph but absolutely no meaningful resolution. Apparently it's my problem as I have not received any useful response and I now have to wait an additional 5 days due to some worker's laziness.

Really makes you wonder just how much the consumer matters.
