Dishonest Courier - ***

I love take-lot, but the couriers often gives dishonest information this really puts me off.

One out of 2 orders is not delivered the day they are meant to and whilst I understand things happen, I find the reasons these couriers give of why delivery did not happen quite upsetting.

They lie and say I was not available to take the parcel and so they will reschedule when they did not show up at all.

I placed an order *** which was due today. I have been at work all day. There has been no call on my cell, no message from reception - no one tried to contact me and yet they say i was unavailable at 16:50 today.

NB: reception always accepts staff deliveries whether we are in or not and yet the feedback was that i was not available.
