Dishonest Business Practice

Received my purchase of the Rockpals Freeman 300 Portable Power Station on 31 October. Straight away I could tell it was a used battery. Probably a return. I received it with no charge and the battery couldnt charge a simple Mibox without shutting down. I listed my concerns and asked for a replacement battery. Before the battery was collected I took a photo of the Battery specs/Model Number etc. Got my "replacement" battery on 11 November. I checked the specs and it was the same Model Number. Im disgusted by this Takealot. Do better
