Dishonest and *****ulent act at Takealot

On Takealot seller advertised themselves as EasyShopping, and that they are VAT registered with SARS. This was the reason I chose to buy from this seller as they are VAT registered. Upon invoice request, Takealot sent me an invoice from a Matthew Baar, instead of EasyShopping, as listed on Takealot. Upon querying this with Takealot, an arrogant, unprofessional customer service agent from Takealot called Kimberly D, *******ed the fact that it is actually immoral, ********* and ******* to lie and false advertise and mislead customers, luring them to buy from you under false pretence of a wrong business name and being VAT registered with SARS! Kimberly D, clearly stated on emails that this is actually ok, and from her side there absolutely nothing to look into. This clearly demonstrates that Takealot encourages misinformation and *****. How do I purchase from one a company that claims to be registered, and when it comes to them producing the document as per their marketing, I am met with defensiveness, arrogance and sheer rudeness, trying to scare me off? Over and above that Takealot ran to inform their seller to remove the company name and the marketing details that falsely stated that their VAT registered. Now the name has changed from EasyShooping to Royal Empire. Quite alarming to say the least
