Dishonest and poor service

Takealot offered me next day delivery for R95 but I received my items 6 days later. Apparently with modern GPS and an accurate address given my items were delivered to an incorrect location. The customer service following the error made by takealot was shockingly poor, one got the impression that 'we already have your money so deal with it'. The customer service consultants were not even surprised that this happened. Leads me to believe that there was never a first delivery attempted. Never again, the risk and addiction stress is not worth the saving
