Dishonest advertising and poor service

My order number ***6 was fully paid for on the 14 August. The item was on special and I was happy to buy.i then get a email on the 16 August to say that the order was cancelled due to no stock.the very same item was avaliable that very same day at a more expensive price.meaning they have the item in stock.shame on you takealot for having dishonest supplier's and treating loyal clients in a shameful manner.
