Dishonest Advertising

I bought a clear case for my iPhone 12 Pro Max but when I received it wasn’t the one I had ordered. It is shocking to me that Takealot does not allow customers to rate its service or the quality of their products on its platform. If you honestly criticise their item you get the message “Review Rejected” but when you write something positive, even if you are just flattering them, they approve and publish it. I hate the fact that Takealot sent me a cover that I did not order and when I expressed my dissatisfaction about that they “reject” my review. That is nonsense!
