DISHONEST ABOUT DELIVERY DATES, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Order #***3 Hi Takealot, I cannot rate the product but I can rate your service - PATHETIC. I paid for the television on 28 Nov for my holiday apartment, but delivery is now 19 days and counting, when you advertise delivery is between 3-5 days. Nice thievery to take my cash and simply look the other way when it comes to fulfilling my order. Now I am going to sit without a television on my month long holiday, just because you are DISHONEST with your Estimated Delivery Times. You do not care one bit to even let a person know. You are seriously one heck of a let down and I am livid. If you are struggling to fulfill an order LET YOUR CUSTOMER KNOW!!!!!!!!!
